Spring Clean Green Juice

The great thing about making your own green juice, is that you make it to your individual taste, using ingredients that you enjoy. Because, to benefit from this nutrition packed juice, you of course must want to drink it! In order to sell this to my finicky family, which I am amazed that I have done, I have a balance of fruit and vegetables.  As the pallet gets accustomed to drinking your vegetables, you will need less sweetness from the fruit, so adjust the ratio and amp. up the veggies,  sneakily tricking the drinker, be that you or your family into consuming more vegetables :)

What I used:

  • 5 leaves kale
  • 3 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1/4 of one lemon
